How the Build Works
- Assemble on a flat, level floor in a covered workspace
- Cut parts from sheets and take folded pieces to a machine shop
- Follow alignment markings to tack together the self-jigging structure
- Pull plates into position using basic tools
- Complete welding, then add your own engine, trailer, fitout, and paint
What You Need
- MIG welder (minimum 240 A) set up for aluminium
- Basic power tools: drills, sanders, grinders, saws
- Flat indoor space to protect weld surfaces
- Basic welding skills or willingness to learn (practice offcuts provided)
